Funding for professionals transitioning to teaching
Scholarships: Many teaching certification programs require a student teaching / internship year or semester. We want to provide funds to overcome the income potential lost during this unpaid time with significant scholarships up to $5000 per student
Our Commitment to funding : 100% of the funds donated will go to a student scholarship. We will cover any administrative costs and fees associated with fundraising and donations for the first $100,000 raised and given as scholarships.
Resources For Career Change
Partnering with universities and teaching certification sources to promote programs that move the professional through the certification process.
One example of this is an existing program at Northern Kentucky University, 'Pathway for Paraeducators'. Instructional Aids from different school districts aspiring to become teachers are placed in a fast-track program to certification. Out goal is to assist with funding for these current students.
